As a deposit, the customer authorises the hotel to take an amount of 30% of the cost of the holiday. if you arrive before 6PM, please ask us by phone or e mail. Check in 6pm to 8 pm. Check out 12am.
Except for a well-founded case of force majeure, any cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will give rise to deduction to an amount equal to 75% of the full holiday cost and any cancellations made between 30 days and 72 hours prior to arrival will give rise to deduction to an amount equal to 30 % of the full holiday cost. in case of no show, all the price of the holiday will be taken.
For enjoying our « non modifiable rate » you should fully pay at reservation and the amount payed is not either fully or partially refundable
